Do you have to use care packages/shotgun jumps to get up there? I've never gotten higher then the sleeping bags.

Been messing around with a dual UMP 45, marathon, lightweight, commando pro setup. It's entertaining to run around like a jackass, but not overly effective.

3. Its easy to explain, you have to get care packages to climb ontop of the rocks in quarry above the sleeping bags and just keep going from level to until you get to the top once up there you see the hole to jump down.
