Try shutting down your computer before you get online on your PS3. Your connection probably can't handle both at the same time.

lol no wonder you have lag. Shut a couple of them bad boys off before you boot it up. Unless you live in a library you probably don't have a strong enough connection to handle 4 computers AND online gaming.
