I just read on Kotaku that the game has an optional install of 10GB that will take 50 minutes. Holy fuck.

And then I read on Joystiq that it is actually a 6.3GB download and it takes about 40 minutes. The Joystiq article also referenced an article from Eurogamer that said it will be the first game to feature the option to "install while playing". That's pretty fucking cool.
