I think the NASCAR I did full downforce front and back, SRF on and TC at 2. Finished 5th with several mishaps, I think I even spun out once.
I don't have the setups for the Focus and RX-7 races I was using, but I'm trying these tomorrow, straight from GTPlanet:
RX-7
Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type A (FD) '02
- Stage 3 weight Reduction/windows/carbon hood (1051Kg)
- Rigidity Improvement
- Added all aero parts (set to 0/28)
- Fully custom transmission (set to 193mph)
- Sports Intake Manifold + Racing Air Filter
- Sports ECU + Stage 2 Engine Tuning (394 HP)
- Catalytic converter + Titanium Semi-racing exhaust
- Fully custom Suspension (Ride Height -20/-20, Springs 16.0/6.3, Dampers 10/5, 10/5, ARB 4/4, camber 2.0/2.0, toe 0/0)
- Twin clutch plates + Carbon propeller shaft + Semi-racing flywheel
- Brakes set to 8/9
- Tyres were Sports Hard as standard
- ABS 1, TC 0, SRF off, ASM off, Driving line off
(I'll probably have to put SRF on, this setup was done by Synwraith who is ridiculously good)
Focus:
ride height adjustment: front(-10), Rear(25)
spring rate: front (12.5), rear (6.7)
dampers(extension): front (7), rear (3)
dampers(compression) front (3), rear (4)
anti-roll bars: front (4), rear(4)
camber angle: both 0
toe angle: front(0), rear(0.50)
Again, most people have SRF on because it drops your lap times 1-1.5 seconds
