Here's a list of things you need to know about this league
-We'll be using the Online League feature in NHL 09
-Trading will be discussed by those in the league when the time comes. It can severely complicate things, will explain when we get to that point.
-5 Min Periods
-Schedule size and pace will be determined once we know how many teams
-No quitting
-No cheese play (S move over the blue line then shoot at the top of the circle, we all know if you do this repeadedly all game you will score 3-4 goals. Things like this aren't cool here) Just play legitimate hockey.
-No running up the score. Once you have a 5 goal lead, lay off the gas pedal.
-Respect your opponents, no need to yell and scream into the mic when you score.
Once we have owners settled, i'll post a walk through on how to handle any disconnected games.
The online league playoffs I really don't like, so we'll do things a different way, will explain further once we have teams set.
