      Yeah, they run options out of the Flex-bone [4 diff formations of it) and the I-form.

      I like the book, just wish I could run the option like some peeps do.

        i just went thru all the PB to find something comparable to Florida with the hope they had 1 or 1 non SG formations.....i emailed this to myself so i can try em when i get home

        the ones with the * and notes are the ones i liked the most....there were certain auto motion combos i was looking for....btu they had some other formations besides SG
