because trying to get all the speed, it's tough...EA didn't have as many fast kids in this one so the odds of building a team around speed is tough, unless you are a top school. Even in the one I'm in...I have one of the best records in the OD, with GT and simply, the speed kids don't come to my school.
Most of the time, those B+ speed guys become around 92 speed in their senior year...gotta grab those kids, and especially get those with high trucking/break tackle to get the tough yards.
