I had another great game tonight.

Nebraska 34 (cpu) Colorado (me) 31 OT

I had a 28-17 lead but blew it.

First game on Heisman level ... default sliders.

I hope Madden is this fun. This game is the best next-gen football game yet. I hope Madden is even better.

I love the Gameflow playcalling system. It's nice to play games that don't take over an hour.

Haven't played online yet, oddly enough.

The game isnt perfect, hell not even close. But my love for Notre Dame, an improved dynasty mode, will keep me playing this until The Show 11.

thank you KNUBBRON JAMES for whooping my ass. Back to the drawling board. Im gonna play the cpu on heisman for a few hours tomorrow so i can get my game back. My user control is iffy, playcalling, running game..everything is iffy. got to get used to this game. I went 4-2 today...but thats not good enough considering how i done in the past. lol ncaa 09 where i was like 26-0 before my first lost. i need to get back to my dominante days. lol

Love the atmosphere...FINALLY got this up to par.

I fear speed a little too much...much have to even it out just a smidge...I mean, I was turning the corner with Jacory and going 40 yards before anyone came close to tackling me. There is a setting for this, so, its all good.

It looks like the difference in OVR's between the great, good, and the bad is equally distributed. Need to test that out and see how the game sims in dynasty. Hopefully no 110-3 finals in dynasty.

Love a lot of the animation, especially in regards to interceptions.

You can finally tell the difference between runners. Running with Thearon Collier is a world different than running with Aldarius Johnson. Collier makes crazy cuts and has great burst...it takes AJ a bit to get up to speed. This works with running styles too...Damien Berry, clearly a power back, and Lamar Miller, clearly a speed back, you can distinguish this...that is important.

This game should never be judged by the first game, I'm intrigued to see how it plays over games-seasons.

My slider set is just about done. Maynard, my official aim is to make you see what I've been enjoying for the last 8 hours (yes, since I've been home from work).

post is up man! i hate making sliders but i did some tweaking to make the CPU offense better. Trying to play GT again and when the QB runs, they get stuffed, but when other guys run the ball they are doing well. I turned down my pass coverage and they are having a better time throwing too

me too. my passing is kind of shitty but the run game is great. GT had 350 total offense to my 220. But these fucking QB fumbles are shit. their QB fumbled 5 times running the ball.

the game was 3-3 at half and was great, but the final was 27-10 all because of the fumbles

Played OSU v Ohio, 5 min default AA. My first full game.

- I love how different the players feel. Brandon Saine, he of the 2 straight HS sprint championships, can flat out book but is a bit stiff, and Boom Herron can cut on a dime but lacks the straight line speed, and its great how different they feel controlling them.

- I really like how different defensive players perform as well. Cam Heyward is probably the nation's best dlineman and he sure played like it, whereas when I controlled Nathan Williams on the weakside he played like an average speed rusher should.

- I mauled Ohio in the trenches. I absolutely destroyed them.

I know it's only been a day but I am really liking this game so far, and that is without touching dynasty mode or getting the rumored day 1 patch. Once rosters are finished up and the problems are at least half-assedly taken care of it's going to be even better.

Here's to hoping Madden doesn't disappoint.

Cant wait till the patch. All the things the patch is suppose to address are obviously flaws in the game. most notably the deep ball vs zone and the play of the OLBs.
