Loving the setting so far and it really is a beautiful game. I could spend so much time just standing there looking around. Elizabeth is quite the intriguing character so far in the short time I've been around her so far. Can't wait to see how her character develops.

What does that mean? Bioshock 2 is a great game. I said he should play that before spending $60 since he's unemployed.

Which wouldn't make any sense. Swarley was pondering getting it even know he really has no money and I just told him to wait and play Bioshock 2 until the game was $40.

Waiting for the game to $40 wasn't an option either way. Plus, I remembered I had some preorders I never picked up at GameStop, so it ended up only being like $25. BioShock 2 is still on my shortlist though.

Bioshock 2 has better gameplay, but the story is a dumpster fire. All the characters suck except for Sinclair.

How so? It was more fun to play than the first. They took all of the stuff from the original and expanded it without doing too much.

That's ridiculous. The second one is a great game. I'm playing through it again now.

I think a lot of people like to dump on it because it wasn't 2K Boston/Irrational like people loved to bag on Treyarch's CoD games like IW's were untouchable. That combined with the fact that it takes place in Rapture again and not in a new location made it easy for people to shit on it.

Bioshock 2 is a great game, period. Being able to dual wield plasmids and guns was heaven sent. The Minerva's Den DLC might be one of the best pieces of campaign DLC this generation.

But haters gonna hate.
