Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit

Just unlocked the Corvette super series. I've always been a big fan of Corvette's. I can't wait to tear it up with one.

I am very impressed with the stable of cars this game has. I'm about to race with the Shelby GT and Camaro.

I also like how the regular cars on the road are real cars. I've seen Nissan pickup trucks.

This AutoLog feature is really cool. I had just finished an even and got an "AutoLog Breaking News" message. Someone on my friends list had just beaten one of my times and it prompts you to press R2 to try to reclaim your title.

Very cool feature.

They aren't kidding about some vehicle being better than others in certain situations. I just tried this pursuit even where I had to catch an Impreza that kept taking the offroad shortcuts. He was blwoing me away even in the Nissan Z. I figured I would switch to the Impreza also and I kicked his ass. That thing is a beast offroad. I took the top spot on my friends list for the even as well.

I think I have five people on my friends list with the game right now, not counting Ryne who hasn't played yet or Krebs who is hopefully buying it today. Not too bad for a non-shooter.

finally realized what I was doing wrong. So, I just did the solo career and broke a couple of your times. :fencing:

yeah, ill be grabbin it after work. and twigg, while i was watching the gametrailers review they briefly mentioned that cars that ride lower do worse offroad. in RL this is obvious, but its something to think about, now that its programmed in the game.

You're killing me. Every time we try to play a game together you either A) Don't want to play because you want to "practice" first or B)Some minr hiccup happens and you never log back on.

Yeah, that's one of the tops they give you in-game. It also didn't hurt that the Impreza had a higher top speed that I wasn't aware of.

This one guy on my list, another cop I used to work with, has been destroying my times. I don't know how he's doing it.
