Is it me, or has BF3 been super laggy as fuck for the past 3 days. I tried some team deathmatch and I couldnt even finish. Rush was a little better. Wondering if its the game or just my mexican ass internet.

Haven't experienced any lag whatsoever actually. Possibly your mexican ass internet but I don't think mines a whole lot better

Yea I have to agree here. The jets are fun as hell. Heli's are a little frustrating but once you get used to them they're a blast. Tanks are super point generators if you have a good gunner with you or a decent driver while you're the gunner.. Jeeps and HV's can suck a dick unless you're just using them to get from point A to B.. I've only had one good round with the jeep and that was only up until we came upon two Abrams.... Splat!

I have.........only two games but good lord are they better. And I thought the console maps were big- just goes to show you how small everything is now in COD land.

I'm not too sure on the map sizes.

The biggest difference I'm seeing from my time on the console (the beta and I played the full game for a bit on another persons xbox) is just the amount of people on the maps and how its a lot harder to accomplish tasks on the PC.

I remember playing Operation Metro both conquest and rush on the console and after playing on a server last night that had that map only on its rotation the difference was pretty wild. The firefights are so much harder on PC thanks to people having increased accuracy and more players. I think it was a 32man server.

Maps with vehicles such as planes and helicopters are a ton harder. Its hilarious to actually see people playing them on consoles because most if not all of those guys would get shot down and owned quite easily.

The 32-man conquest maps are the same as on console, but the 64-man conquest maps are larger and have more flags and vehicles for the most part.

Just go back to Modern Shitfare PB. Too many things to worry about in this game what with actual drivable vehicles and realistic damage and destruction.

Vehicles are really annoying but calling in airstrikes, helicopters, planes with 100mm bombs on them, nuclear bombs and dogs arn't.

How? I think all vehicles are a crucial part to this game. If you getting owned by them, then switch to an engineer class and blow their asses up with mines or rocket launcher. Even C4. In my opinion going into vehicles put a huge target on your head and with a little bit on planning they can easily be destroyed in a matter of seconds.

I think PB belongs to the group that whined about the tanks in World at War. That was my favorite COD game to date because the guns and tanks made it a challenge.

They took out tanks in hard core and I stopped playing. Why? People bitched about it not being realistic. Well guys, I always played with the same six guys and we were a team- we played asset denial. We would take tanks and wait for tanks to respawn and either blow them up or steal them. If someone else took a tank, we would work as a team to blow them up. You didn't do that, then you lost. Simple as that.

I guess that is why I like Battlefield so much more. Also, count me as one of the guys who has never gotten a nuclear missile in MW2, though I did try.

Every time discussions come up between Bf3 and MW3 I always go back to that fake talk show video where the host just laughs hysterically every time the guests start talking about how realistic and amazing CoD is. It's the same way when I try to talk to my cousin about Bf. It;s like talking to a wall because he's such a CoD fanboy. I'll say something like "Taking over a flag in a tank full of squad mates or just mowing duded down from the gunner seat of a chopper is so amazing in Bf. You can't do that shit in CoD" and of course he responds with "You can fly vehicles in CoD." No you can't asshole. Then I offer to show him videos of all the amazing shit in Bf and he just refuses to watch them.

I swear CoD fanboys rank right up thee with Apple fanboys. You could show them that Bf and or Android phones actually give you blowjobs whenever you want and they still wouldn't care.
