I've had a lot of fun the past few times I played simply because I was able to communicate with the other guys in my squad by calling out enemy troops or telling another guy to equip the javelin so he could shoot down the enemy chopper after I laser designated it with SOFLAM.

On a related note, I've noticed more people recognizing the power of the laser designator/javelin/guided missile combo to take down aircraft.

I agree, it is nice having the confidence to ask a squadmate to jump in my tank to laser designate, it worked well today. Those pesky helo's on Noshaar Canals are no more.

So I like to think that I am pretty much a certified badass in the tanks now so I thought I would share what I think is the best possible setup, albeit I do not run this setup on Seine Crossing because you mainly just deal with infantry on that map.

I run:
Reactive Armor, Guided Missile, Thermal Optics.

This is pretty much a guaranteed win with taking less than 50% damage as long as you get the first shot on the enemy tank. Fire in order: Main shell, guided missile, main shell, main shell. This is the fastest way to take out an enemy tank and 9/10 times I take less than 50% damage before their tank is a flaming pile of wreckage.

Your only weak point is fighting infantry but I like to think I have good aim with the main shell, and having a competent gunner can help as well.

If I have someone sitting in the CITV station painting air targets for me, I will ride in that tank the entire match.

Don't forget that enemy tanks' weakest point is its ass end, it is only 2 shots if you hit them straight on in the rear.

Seine Crossing I swap out the Guided Missile for the Coaxial LMG.

All I want is a console patch (which is longgggggggggg overdue) and a battle recorder like he said.

I am convinced that this is the best FPS to date, and that is saying a lot for me since I don't think one has been better since Halo 2.

I had a dominant game of Conquest last night, I only went like 10-4 but with flag caps and revives I had 5400+ points which was more than 1000 points above the next highest score.

I'm a M320 whore.

If I'm playing a few rounds of TDM as an Assault, I'm lighting mu'fukas up with Double/Triple Kills with that shit.

M320 is really effective. One of the most underused is the M320 smoke, you can blind the other team but you get no points for using it.
