    Fuck.

I think what I'll do is make the six BCS conferences each have two divisions of six teams and a conf. championship. Then I will put nine teams in each of the five non-BCS conferences. They won't have a conf. championship game, but everyone will play everyone each year. That will leave me with three independents...probably the military schools. I guess that would work ok.
There's no way a conference would allow for you to delete them from your dynasty. I can't imagine seeing them agree to that in a licensing agreement.

Top four teams in separate conferences, and rivalry games abound.
Nice pretty similar to my Super WAC

Maybe, I doubt they change it. I saw the video after Russell Wilson was released, which he was released the weekend of the NFL Draft. I saw the video last week.

Ohio State, Wisconsin, Michigan State have to be top 20, so that only leaves one spot.

My first rough draft for the conference re-alignment. I based it mainly on geographical positioning...not 100% satisfied with it right now, I'm sure I'll be tweaking it here and there as the days go by. Might even bring in a few teambuilder teams to replace some schools.

The two that stick out to me like sore thumbs are Ball State and Marshall in the Big East...unfortunately, there's pretty much no firepower left in the non-BCS conferences to replace them with.

The nicest thing about all of this is that I'll be able to make yearly changes to keep things nice and balanced.

One thing I am considering is moving Penn State, Notre Dame, and West Virginia into the Big Ten, Tennessee into either the SEC or ACC, and making the Big East a nine team non-BCS conference with six independent schools. If I can completely get rid of the independents, then I can make three 16-team BCS super conferences, and eight 9-team non-BCS conference.

Something else to consider would be two super conferences (16), two BCS conferences (12), and seven 9-team non-BCS conference with one independent school.
