No, not that one, the one you play Mario and Zelda games on. Get your mind out of the gutter people!
So, while I was away on vacation apparently there was a pretty bad storm that rolled through the area that knocked out the power for several hours. When I get home my DirecTv receiver wouldn't even power on. I had to unplug it and re-plug it in for it to reboot and start working again. My other devices; 360, PS3, receiver and stereo all powered on fine. I never checked the Wii and didn't even notice until today, when I went to play DKCR, that the standby light wasn't even on. I've unplugged it and plugged it into several different outlets and nothing.
Does anyone know anyone/place that repairs these things? I'm guessing Nintendo will charge an arm and a leg. Not to mention my game is stuck in the system.
I swear, I've asked this before but it still pisses me off, what the fuck is the point of a surge protector if it doesn't protect against surges. The surge protector it was plugged into wasn't cheap either.
