Messing with your save files to unlock skill points that will allow you to go in game to distribute and test them. I don't have a copy on PC, and I have no idea how hard that might be. However, I'm sure someone is making an editor to make that easy (if one hasn't been made already).

You can do this on consoles to an extent. However, you'd have to sufficiently level a character first and/or probably use money exploits in order to pay for respecs.

Not a bad level 32 gun. I don't like any gun that consumes more than two rounds per shot personally.

It pretty much fires missiles that rain 2 grenades after the initial explosion. Worth it

there is a mod manager i found today that had infinate skill points, cash, health, ammo, XP...ect ect.
I have not used it, but i was surprised at how few mods were out there. this was the only one i could find

I can power level your Gaige to 30 in a few minutes. I have mine at 32.

Borderlands 2's Captain Scarlett DLC lands on October 16

The first Borderlands 2 downloadable expansion, Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty, is landing next week on October 16. Associated Press reports the DLC is set in a new area which features the bandit-occupied slums of Oasis. Gearbox Software president Randy Pitchford described the area as a dried-up landscape "more like Tatooine than an ocean." The Sand Skiff vehicle Pitchford discussed last month also features in the expansion, along with a new currency called "seraph crystals."

Captain Scarlett is the first of four downloadable expansions Gearbox is releasing for Borderlands 2, each priced at $9.99. The Borderlands 2 Season Pass makes all four pieces of DLC accessible when they release for $29.99. We've reached out to Gearbox for more information on the upcoming DLC.

Assassinating the Assassins with Gaige at the moment...

Opened up a chest right before throwing down with Assassin Reeth.

...I find a Purple Level 8 'New and Improved Splatgun' by Tediore.

Every shot is a ball of firey plasma and when you chuck the gun, it explodes into a ball of flame that shoots out two more smaller spheres of white, hot death.

I think I'm in love.

I am on "The Once and Future Slab". I've been working on side missions for 3 days to kind of get caught up level wise to where my character should be before doing more story missions.
