Talking anything over 6 mins for pickup games is fuck nonsense. 6 mins AP/AM no acc clock is what it should be.

if its not a league game i play whatever the hell the ranked settings are these days. I see zero reason to play a pickup game with 8 minute qtrs. I only play pickup games if i have an hour or so and want to kill some time. The quicker pickup games are over the better IMO unless you are someone i really enjoy playing.


I could dig the helicopter method though id play 8 mins if it had accel clock on, i was talking 5 min qtrs with no accel clock.

Pick up games needs to be short and sweet. Half of the guys wanting to play crazy ass long pickup games won't even be playing by October. Hell, I will bet that almost half will have dropped from the league(s) they are in by the end of football season

I prefer pick up games to be shorter than a league game. 6-8min quarters work best.

Pick up games are just as they have always been. Unranked. Play whatever the fuck you want. The RANKED community games for our leaderboards will be treated more like ladder games. We clearly can't go 10 min quarters (assuming that's the TGT setting) but these games are not meant to be pick up games. You fuckers get that right? Our difficulty setting will be whatever TGT is, probably no longer than 6-8 min quarters. If it's 7+ mins, accel clock could be voted on.

When I initially said the settings would be the same as TGT, I was under the assumption that OF could use sliders now. I guess thats my fault for assuming EA would do what makes sense. You can use them in individual communities but not online franchise?
