Receivers will light up on blitzes for hot routes. If a CB blitzes, a WR will light up right away.

Sounds like they implemented the whole dimmed routes thing properly

If you throw to a dimmed receiver, they won't make a play on the ball. However, if you manually switch to the receiver and run him to the spot where the ball is headed, you can still catch it.

I really like everything im hearing so far.

I initially hated the "dimmed WR before routes" feature...but im starting to understand it and like it.

All the improvements they've made favor the offense, so they had to do something against the offense to counter it.

Its also very realistic. In real life QBs dont fire the ball at WRs before they complete their routes.
