So... this officially dropped today on PSN.

I can say without a doubt that I'm stunned with the amount of OCD-esque detail this "game" has.

I stress the word game because of the amount of data you have to sift through just to create a character (Clone, in this case), get your shit properly set up and then go out into the big, bad universe to get rape-trained by those who've played this longer than anyone legally has the right to.

I thought Defiance was scary enough to jump into with the janky interface they're running as far as weapon/attachment combos and gear sets for PvE and PvP but this?

DUST 514 makes that look like a baby game and I haven't officially gotten into the thick of things yet.

I'm downloading the update, but I really hope they improved on the gunplay with the major patch that came out a week or so ago. I really like the idea behind the game, but the actual shooting part was underwhelming from the bits I played during the beta.

You are literally the only person on this site that I honestly believe can actually play this game. Don't think anyone else is hardcore enough to learn and eventually progress to being beyond decent in this game. I'm sure if I put the time behind it I could as well, but most of the people on this site don't have the patience for it(See: MAG)

So I've played this a few times in the past week. It certainly looks and performs better since the patch that officially brought the game out of beta, but the gunplay still leaves something to be desired.

I still have hope for this game since CCP has a reputation for continuing to improve their games.
