Apparently, the trademark for "The War Z" has been suspended because of its similarity to World War Z, and the game might have to be renamed.

It is unfinished, and it's nowhere near feature complete. However, the devs are playing a game of semantics by saying it's currently in a "foundation" build instead of being in a proper alpha or beta period.

Concept is great, not sure though that they'll be able to pull of all that's promised. Which in turn will make their community angry.
