When you call and you get that automated shit try just saying 'Agent'. That will usually get your put through to some Indian guy who's just as hard to talk to as the machine but at least it will be a person.

I finally got through. The guy was Middle Eastern but I could actually understand him. He told me the site is "down for maintenance" and that is why I couldn't complete the order online. Of course it is!

I found it funny that he said they have my information on file but don't show any previous repair orders. Interesting how that works.

I haven't played my 360 lately. Last time I turned it on was almost 2 wks ago for Skate 2 and I just received Prince of Persia for the 360 as well yesterday. Most of my games I've purchased have been sports and I like those on my PS3. Also I've been spending my time on portable games even when at home.

I dropped my Brokebox 360 off at the UPS store today.

It was funny. When I talked to the Xbox guy on the phone he said "Make sure you find a box that the console fits in snugly and blah, blah blah". I said "Oh, that's not a problem sir. I still have the box that you shipped my last repaired piece of shit in. I still have the styrofoam pieces and everything." He just said "Oh, ok, Well just make sure you remove any previous shipping labels."

Bwahahahhahahahah...piece...of...shit.

And now I'm going to go fire up the ol' PS3 that has worked perfectly since day one. Or maybe I'll really get crazy and play some Mad World on the Wii, which also is in perfect working order.

Just got my 360 back from my first RROD experience. My wife went to go play Fable II, and it locked up. The whole process was pretty easy once I got the box.

Got my 360 the day after Christmas in 2006, so I guess I've been a little lucky in that it took so long, but I'm not nearly as hardcore a gamer as most of you.

I did have a problem getting the box. I signed up for the box online (and I *know* I did it correctly), and it put me down that I was shipping it.

This my first first experience using the online site and man is that thing a cluster fuck. It's bad enough that MS produces the shittiest made console on the planet but now they make it as difficult as possible to get the shit fixed. And don't even get me started with the automated phone system and how the fucking shit couldn't recognize the word "console".
