Georgia Dominates LSU!


Georgia got off to an early 24-0 lead against the Tigers.

This team is the real deal. Their running game is unmatched throughout college football and now their defense might just be too. LSU came in with the second best statistical offense in the nation and was shut out by this Georgia team until garbage time. LSU was held to just 219 yards and more than half came in the fourth quarter. Georgia makes you one dimensional. They take away all of your running game and make you pass it. The thing is... you can't. They swat away every pass in site. This Georgia team is scary!

LSU made some very key mistakes early on in this game and it snowballed from there. On their first possession, their punter shanked a punt inside their own 40. Luckily, they held the Dawgs to just a field goal on that drive but on the first play of their second drive Jefferson threw an interception that was returned to the house by Akeem Dent. LSU rallied and drove down the field in the second quarter but a fumble cost them possession. Richt went for the jugular on the very first play. Playaction to AJ Green. Touchdown. Game over. LSU was out of it. The score was 24-0 at the half. The Tigers were stunned. Their season was unravelling. How bout them Dawgs?

On another note, AJ Green in my opinion is the 2nd best WR in the nation. 2nd only to Julio Jones.

Well see I have some SEC Bias and I also think the Bryant just comes in with the Big Stats due to their system (Pass the ball ALL the time)
Green and Jones play in a more pro-style offense in by far the best defensive conference in the nation.
I also like Jones' size better 6-4 220, and his physical make up.
Same with AJ hes 6-4 as well but weighs less, he'll put on weight.
These guys by the time they are JRs/ if stay for their SR years will be Larry Fitzgerald good in the NFL.

Pissed off about FAU, thats usually the game on my dynasty that I pad my stats

haha yeah. I think Green and Jones are interchangeable. THey both can do different things. AJ is like Randy Moss and Jones is like TO. I can't wait to see Marlon Brown IRL. He is an Anquan Boldin type player which is the perfect compliment to AJ.

Rece Davis: Alright guys, Lane Kiffin has talked a big talk this offseason but has yet to walk the walk as his Volunteers are 2-3 with those two wins coming against lowly Western Kentucky and Ohio. Can he break through and get his first SEC win today guys?

Lee Corso: You better beleive he can! Kiffin is a good coach and the players are slowly buying into his system and I think they will breakthrough and win today. Their passing attack is really and I mean reeeeeealy good! Their quarterback will sit back in the pocket and just throw darts all across the field. Georgia is going down in this one!

Kirk Herbstreit: I have to agree with you hear Mr. Corso. Georgia is beaten up after playing LSU last week which is always a physical game. Look for Georgia to come out rusty and out of synch. This is the classic trap game. Tennessee is gonna pull of the upset in this one!
