You would think Herbstreit would learn from the first 5 times he picked against UGA, lol. Probably weren't expecting UK to play you that tough, but nice win anyhow.

haha he has picked me I think once this season
and I definately wasn't. They took away King in the first half but my running game started picking up in the second half. My defense did really good til the fourth quarter
Reporter: First off coach, congratulations on beating Kentucky on your players Senior Day, is there anything you'd like to say to them?
Mark Richt: I would like to say it has been an honor to coach them for four years. They have been so close to a national championship in 2007 so it is great to see them being rewarded for staying with a season like this.
Reporter: Micheal Moore had a nice little play on that onside kick, were you expecting him to do what he did?
Mark Richt: I'd be lying if I said yes. It was one of those "no, no, no, no, no, yes!!!!!! Great play!" types. It worked out and really helped us.
Reporter: Have you ever seen a play like that in your college career?
Mark Richt: The last time I remember something like that was the 2004 USC/Notre Dame game. USC returned one at the end of the game.
Reporter: Caleb King had another monster day on the ground, why do you think he is so successful?
Mark Richt: Well first I have to give credit to the line. They give him huge holes but Caleb just has "it." He can see the hole and has a burst to get through it. Then he has the moves to break one on any play. He is spectacular.
Reporter: AJ Green had a nice day out there today, how do you think he has handled being one of the main targets out there?
Mark Richt: He has been very mature. He is a leader and always seems to make a big play when we need it.
Reporter: Do you think AJ is about ready for a 10catch 200yd 2td type game?
Mark Richt: That would definately be nice in the SEC Championship game.... [laughs]
Reporter: Your defense was solid against stopping the run and forcing turnovers, but we did see some times where they allowed some passes to get through, how do you plan on fixing that even though it didnt amount to many points?
Mark Richt: We just have to remain focused. They started passing on us when we went up 28-6. We have to keep our heads in the game till the final whistle.
