4-3 Cowboys to Host 5-2 Eagles
4-3 Cowboys to Host 5-2 Eagles
Marion Barber is one of the toughest runners in the NFL.
The 4-3 Dallas Cowboys will be hosting the 5-2 Philadelphia Eagles, who are coming off of a huge win against the dominant New England Patriots.
Eagles' quarterback Donovan McNabb seems to have picked up his play once again after having his production decline for a few weeks. LeSean McCoy is also proving that he might be worthy of a full time starting job even if Westbrook were to return from injury.
Cowboys' quarterback Tony Romo has been inconsistent but overall has played well, and the success rate of the Cowboys will depend on Romo's play this week.Comment

The 5-2 Philadelphia Eagles traveled to Texas to face off against the 4-3 Dallas Cowboys.
The Eagles fell behind earl 14-0 early, but Donovan McNabb and LeSean McCoy were able to have huge games to help them climb back. Jeremy Maclin and DeSean Jackson also had enormous games receiving.
Tony Romo played well, but Dallas' running game was non-existant. Marion Barber was only allowed 56 yards on 18 attempts, proving to be the game's difference maker.
The Eagles will travel to Washington D.C. to face off against the 3-5 Redskins next week.

6-2 Eagles Visiting the 3-5 'Skins
6-2 Eagles Visiting the 3-5 'Skins
Tim Hightower has played well at running back for Washington.
The 3-5 Washington Redskins will be hosting the 6-2 Philadelphia Eagles, who are coming against a huge division win against the Dallas Cowboys.
Kyle Orton and Tim Hightower of the Redskins have both played well so far this year, but their production does not compare to that of Donovan McNabb and LeSean McCoy of the Eagles.
On paper, the Eagles should be able to run away with this one. However, because this is a division game, the results may be much closer than they should be.Comment

Eagles Escape Washington's Clutches in Overtime
Eagles Escape Washington's Clutches in Overtime
(6-2) - 23 @ 20 - (3-5)
Recap:
In a game that was expected to be a blowout, the 6-2 Philadelphia Eagles and the 3-5 Washington Redskins were deadlocked the entire match.
Donovan McNabb and LeSean McCoy both played well for Philadelphia as usual, but leading receiver Jeremy Maclin was injured and will be forced to miss ten weeks with a fractured toe.
The Redskins were lacking a consistent running game, but were still able to force the game into overtime.
The teams swapped possession a few times each during the overtime period, but a huge punt return from Ellis Hobbs set up an easy chip shot for Eagles' kicker David Akers that sealed the game for Philadelphia.
