DeSean Jackson to Return for NFC Championship

DeSean Jackson to Return for NFC Championship Game

DeSean Jackson was a big part of the Eagles' success before he broke his collarbone.

Eagles' second-year receiver DeSean Jackson will be back in action against the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship game.

Jackson sustained a broken collarbone during the season. Before he was hurt he was Philadelphia's leader in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns.

Adding another weapon to Philadelphia's offense only makes the NFL's best offensive team more dangerous.

McNabb's Final Drive Heroics Sends Philly to Super Bowl XLIV

McNabb's Final Drive Heroics Sends Philly to Super Bowl XLIV

                      Recap:

Eagles' quarterback Donovan McNabb was on a mission. He knew a lot of pressure was on his shoulders as the Eagles have failed to get to the big Super Bowl game a number of times. McNabb took the pressure in stride and became the game's hero.

With a minute left in the game with the score tied at 17, McNabb escaped pressure and found wide receiver Jason Avant for a sixty yard touchdown completion. The touchdown put the Eagles on top of the Packers, sending them to the Super Bowl.

Manning and McNabb Dominate Playoffs; Prepare for Super Bowl XLIV

Manning and McNabb Dominate Playoffs; Prepare for Super Bowl XLIV

Peyton Manning and Donovan McNabb will be matching up in the Super Bowl.

Two quarterbacks with Super Bowl experience will be matching up in this year's big game. Peyton Manning lifted his Colts over the Chicago Bears in 2007, and Donovan McNabb was unable to take his Eagles to victory against the New England Patriots in 2005.

Both Indianapolis and Philadelphia finished the year at 12-4. However, the Eagles conquered many obstacles with serious injuries to players such as Kevin Curtis, Brian Westbrook, Stewart Bradley, Cornelius Ingram, and Ellis Hobbs. The Colts were healthy all year and used their high-powered offense to overwhelm opposing defenses.

The Eagles and Colts are two of the best offensive teams in the NFL, so the Super Bowl will most likely be a shootout. Peyton Manning and Donovan McNabb. May the best man win.
