    Eagles Having Trouble With Bunkley

    Eagles Having Trouble With Bunkley

Brodrick Bunkley has been reluctant to re-sign with Philadelphia.

Defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley has shown reluctance to re-sign with the Philadelphia Eagles, his team of five years.

The 27-year-old has made it to the Pro-Bowl twice in his career, and has become one of Philadelphia's best defensive playmakers. Bunkley has totaled 20 sacks in the past two seasons, as well as three forced fumbles.

The Eagles have been offering Bunkley contracts around a four-year deal worth about 35 million dollars, but Bunkley seems to feel as if he deserves more.

Updates on Bunkley will be provided in the upcoming weeks.

                  Eagles Re-Sign Linebacker Williams

Middle linebacker Leon Williams has re-signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, a four-year deal worth an estimated $4.08M.

Eagles Advance to Free Agency; Leave Key Players Behind

The Philadelphia Eagles have advanced pass the re-signing period of the off-season, and were unable to sign some key free-agents.

Pro-Bowl defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley was very reluctant when it came to Philadelphia's contract offers, and middle linebacker Stewart Bradley was also unable to come to terms.

The Eagles were also unable to re-sign third-string quarterback Kevin Kolb, cornerback Jack Ikegwuonu, and offensive-lineman King Dunlap.

                          Eagles Sign Linebacker Gooden

The Philadelphia Eagles have come to terms with middle linebacker Tavares Gooden, a five-year deal worth an estimated $11.25M.

The former Baltimore Raven has played very well in his past two seasons, and with the Eagles unable to sign Stewart Bradley, Gooden should be able to jump right in to the starting middle linebacker spot.

                            Eagles Sign Defensive Tackle Harrison

The Philadelphia Eagles, who were unable to re-sign star defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley, have signed a replacement.

Marcus Harrison has agreed to sign a four-year deal worth an estimated $13.24M.

The former Chicago Bear isn't expected to go out and fill the hole that Bunkley left open, but he should have a good season with the defensive schemes that the Eagles put out.
