Wolves And Nets Talking, Gomes On His Way Out?



A source close to the Timberwolves organization has reported that the team is currently in talks regarding the acquisition of Nets big man Sean Williams.

Shortly after the Wolves announced that they were willing to listen to offers for forward Ryan Gomes, the team received calls from a number of teams including the Warriors and Jazz.

Brandan Wright (Warriors) and Andrei Kirilenko (Jazz) were put on the table for negotiations by those two teams but nothing seemed to come of those offers.

However, negotiations between the Nets and the Wolves are said to be "heating up."
