You're in the thick of the playoff hunt right now. Sitting in a good position that a solid win streak will put you in, while a losing streak would start to bury you. Amazing how close all the records are in the West.

As expected Nash served the rookie Flynn at the point lol.....

lol @ Detroit, maybe you should try and deal with them since they are in dumb trade mode

You ever to think to turn trades off now that Miller is riding the league

          1984 Record: 44-38 (9th in west)
          1985 Record: 42-40 (7th in west; 1st round exit)
1986 Record: 51-31 (3rd in west; swept in finals)

The Grizzlies theme this season should be : "This Season, We're Doing It For The Lulz"

Yeah, screens appear to be going up a bit quicker. However, I uploaded like 9-10 reels lastnight for the last two "plays of the week" feature and only 4 showed up this morning.

            :shot:

Oh well, it'll have to do.

That's the problem. Since the start of the season, I have yet to string a pair of wins together. lol.

The only thing my team is consistent at is being inconsistent!

But yeah, teams are very close. I haven't taken a look at my schedule for December just yet, maybe I can gain some ground then.

I have 1 more game (against the Nuggets), and then I'm through with November.

Yep, Nash has ripped me up in the two games I've played against Phoenix so far this season.

I dunno, Detroit did get Ariza after all. :bizzaro: I guess giving up Maxiell for Ridnour is a pretty shitty move though.

Nah, I guess I don't mind. Not like my layout hasn't been completely ripped on here anyways. lol.

It doesn't bother me. It's funny and I prefer teams making moves as opposed to not doing so, no matter how dumb the moves appear to be.

Dumb trades happen in real life too.

                I was being serious.

I'll be wrapping up the month tonight with the game in Denver, dropping a monthly update, and hopefully getting the first game of December in (and hopefully kicking the month off on a high note).

i'm surprised that all of your starters look to be scoring pretty well yet your only 6-10, tough luck i suppose. nice work with this mike.

Thanks. Defense is definitely this team's short coming. Not a surprise though considering my undersized back and front court. Brewer is really my only defensive specialist. lol.

Run and Gun offense ftw? I'm like the Warriors of yesteryear. Get a lot of my buckets in transition.

                      Player Of The Game:

                      Corey Brewer

                      Quote Of The Game:
"Our work on the glass is what made the difference tonight. It wasn't just Al and Kevin down there boxing guys out. Everyone was making sure they were in front of their man when shots went up and we outrebounded them 45-32. Denver is a team wwe seem to match up well with so far. We've matched up with them twice this season and managed to come out on top on both occasions." - Corey Brewer

Nice win over Denver, I always seem to play them close with our games coming down to the last minute.

Melo is going to get his 30. I'm happy I held him to that. :bizzaro:

I don't know what it is. Brewer got his shots to fall early and often and I guess with Melo being a somewhat lazy defender, he was sagging off and Brewer was surprisingly making him pay for it. It was amazing really. lol.

Yeah, last time I played Denver I beat them with game winning free throws. This time was just as close. In fact, just about every game I've won so far in this has been by the skin of my teeth.
