    2010 Key Players

    Adrian Peterson, Running Back
Perhaps the best RB in the NFL. Peterson will look to improve his catches and use out of the backfield. The Vikings will run there offense through him and depend on him to carry the team into the playoffs.

    Jared Allen, Defensive End
The biggest thread coming off the end since Reggie White. Allen will get his sacks this year no matter what. Teams will double Allen and allow the Williams wall to get penetration as well.

    Percy Harvin, Wide Reciever
This talented WR will be all over the field this year. Harvin coming out of Florida and the Tebow offense will look to get the ball in his hands early and often. The fast WR will also be returning punts and kickoffs for the vikings.

                VIKINGS 2009 PREVIEW

Will Brett Favre be the answer the Vikings are looking for? The vikings ended the season last year losing to the Eagles in the playoffs. Most blaim that loss on QB Tavarvis Jackson. Poor QB play has been a monkey on the Vikings back for the past couple years. Favre will step in and take the snaps. The Vikings are a young team with some speed and that may slow Favre down a little. Adrian Peterson is determined to set some rushing records this season, but wants to be more involved in the passing game. Rookie Percy Harvin will get the ball in hands quite a bit as well.

The Vikings Defense is anchored by the Williams wall. Jared Allen coming off the end will provide some great pass rush. Lets hope the Vikings can stop the pass, if not they will be watching football when it comes to the playoffs

                Season Prediction - 11-5

                  VIKINGS NAME 2009 CAPTAINS

Brett Favre and Adrian Peterson have been named the captains for the 2009 NFL Season. Favre was chosen by his teammates during a weekly practice. 'I really hope this will help build our chemistry and get us rolling." Farve said. Peterson is the go-to guy for the Vikings and is very focal in the Locker room.
