There d was so soft on the inside , normally i like to hit midrange shots alot but today he was just availble on the inside all day.

Thanks , Kings were actually up all first half but they were completly relying on jumpshots from midrange-3point range.... in the 2nd half they started missing them and there defense was just horrible.

Time to look at the early MVP Favourites based on stats/all star votes/news on the game.

The Favourite



Lebron James is currently leading the NBA in scoring with 31 PPG . He has took his team to 6-4 at this stage in the season only behind Boston and Detroit in the East. Lebron has won all 3 POTW awards for the Eastern Confrence and is showing no signs of letting up.

The Underdog



Kevin Durant is 3rd in scoring in the whole of the NBA with 29 PPG. Durant is leading the Western Confrence votes for the SF position (All Star game) . The Thunder are currently 1 game under 500.

Making Progress



Kobe Bryant`s Lakers got off to a horrible 3-5 start to the season but slowly but surely things are turning round thanks to the help of the reigning league MVP. Bryant himself started off in patchy form until recently , in the last week and a half alone Bryant is averaging an amazing 33 PPG in an aid to get the Lakers back at the top of their division. He is a long way behind James at this point but dont be suprised if Kobe catches up.

Hamilton may not have the stats LBJ or Durant have but he is leading the top team in the NBA right now in scoring and assists . Hamilton has the most votes for any SG in the Eastern Confrence in all star voting. Hamilton`s highlights for the season include a double double against Boston in Boston and at home vs the Bulls. I doubt Hamilton will get MVP this season but for now he deserves to have his name up there with the top guys in the league.
