They already confirmed the kids will all be living with Dexter and his sister will live with him to help him out.

They also said there wouldnt be one main bad guy like the 1st 4 seasons because they dont feel they can top the trinity killer just yet.

Also 4-5 familiar faces but not big stars have been cast for episodes on season 4.
