Nolan has made it well known that he is making a trilogy, that's it. Here's to hoping that a Zack Snyder adaptation of The Dark Knight Returns is next.

So no Robin for this trilogy?

I'm sure the studio has plans for further sequels, because that equals money. If Nolan's out, who would you want directing?

JGL would be a huge plus, anyone who only thinks of him as the kid form 3rd Rock from the Sun or Angels in the Outfield or 10 Things I Hate about you, clearly have never seen

          Mysterious Skin (2004)
          Brick (2005)
          The Lookout (2007)
          (500) Days of Summer (2009)

That was a trippy movie. A little overrated, I think, but still a solid watch.

Nolan has said multiple times that there is no place for Robin in his Batman "world." Robin sucks, I don't know why anyone would want him in the film, unless you want something campy.

It would suck to do the makeup, but get some big fucking guy and put him in there for the inevitable fight scene. Riddler wouldn't be a great fight scene, which is why you need Croc.
Killer Croc was used in Batman: Gotham Knight, which is apart of Nolan's Batman canon.

I'd be all for Black Mask and Bane and the return of Gotham's criminal underworld now that Batman is on hiatus.

I think if they went the "All Star" direction with him, it could work.

As long as Bale doesn't proclaim this:

None. In 2006, The Dark Knight was announced the week after comic con.
