I am 100% against using steroids but doesn't this seem a little ridiculous? I mean they were tested in 2003, it is now 2009 and all of a sudden this report comes out? Prior to 2004 there were no penalties for using steroids and A-rod hasn't tested positive since the new rules came out unlike Bonds who has tested positive numerous times after the new rules came out
