    Dontrelle to Boston?

Nick Cafardo of the Boston Globe reports on a trade that seems too obvious to actually happen: the Tigers are "contemplating a deal with Boston to send either Nate Robertson or Dontrelle Willis for Julio Lugo, but some money issues must be resolved.

no hes not, D-Train is only 26 years old. You can't call him washed up. If Farrell can work with Willis, which isn't out of the ordinary(see Jon Lester, Dice-K), Willis could harness some of that potential and turn into a steal. Theres nothing wrong with Robertson, he just plain sucks.

he's doing one thing. He drops down his non pitching shoulder SO LOW. i remember watching a tigers indians game and they were going over his broken mechanics, and he was dropping his shoulder down so low, therefore losing sight of his target. That's why he had no command at all. They showed him next to Cliff Lee. Lee's shoulder barely even dipped while D-Train is practically bent over like an upside down L.

Easy mechanic problems that even ESPN could pick up.

watch his arm just flail away at the end, and this is him trying to improve on his mechanics.

again, he's just opening up, doesn't stay square. Same way that basketball players have to square up to the hoop, he has to stay in when he's delivering

Whats the point of keeping Lugo? He is the least clutch hitter I have ever seen. Might as well get a young arm in Dontrelle that you can work with and maybe return him to his old form and then the Red Sox improve even more. You can't even think about improving when you got Lugo, he is just a waste of space.
