    Iverson to Knicks likely?

    1. Donnie Walsh meets with everyone. Nothing gets done.

    2. The last thing the Knicks need is another guy to not pass to Gallinari. Duhon and Big Al are bad enough.

Why would you want an old, banged up version of AI?

    Makes no sense

    KNICKS WILL SIGN HIM

Knicks will sign him just bc they feel that it will get LBJ to NY

I disagree there, I don't think there interest in him has anything to do with Lebron.

Why not? Knicks will suck either way, it won't hurt their cap, and AI can dominate all he wants. It's not like these other C-list players are setting the world on fire - they're soft with no heart. He'd bring some life to this place, because right now, this franchise is dead.

Exactly....I believe Walsh wants him so Knick fans still have a reason to care about watching the team play....I think if we get Iverson, the hype will last about a week and then Knick fans will go back to watching Flash Forward and Heroes

Its not like they'll win any games either way. Go for it.

I don't like it.....all bringing Iverson to the team would do is hinder the growth of players like Toney Douglas....if A.I. was one of those players who made other players better, then I'd be all for it....but it's not like he's going to come in and mentor Douglas, he's only concerned about starting and trying to prove he's still an elite player.....shit, and we ain't gonna win with him anyway so what difference does it make, please pass Walsh

its a good idea...a one year deal won't affect their cap and it would get fans in the stands. doesnt really hurt anything because the knicks wont be close to contenders until this off-season anyway, makes them a bigger market.

This would work about as well as it worked in Memphis. Especially if he doesn't start right away, then it'll simply be deja vu.
Finally back after a 3 year hiatus!

and if he becomes a problem, they can just release him...
