I was eating in one of the dining halls and watching ESPN on the TV. They were talking about the Heat starting camps or whatever and I started to think to myself, this is the first time in a long time something so hyped up actually lived up to it in sports.
Now I am not a NBA fan. I think it is rigged to an extent and is just bring to watch. But I really did enjoy watching all the hoopla that surrounded the summer. I remember hearing about the summer of 2010 since like 2007 and just thinking to myself, no way this changes the sport. Very rarely do these ESPN hyped up events ever turn out to be a big deal, but this did.
So what are your opinions on this summer? Did it live up to the 4 year hype? Was it interesting to watch?
