OH BOY.

I actually like that move for the Heat. He's talented, but he needs some vets getting his head right because he's kind of an asshole. I don't really see any risk for Miami. He's cheap, he's expendable.

Beasley has done really well to spark the Miami bench offensively. If he can continue to improve defensively, which he's done over the last month and more, he'll make a definitive impact in the playoffs. If Oden can continue to progress without injury concerns like he has, that bench will not be such a hindrance.
