The Los Angeles Lakers were mostly diplomatic when asked about the Los Angeles Clippers' new initiative, led by coach Doc Rivers, to cover up the Lakers' championship banners and retired uniforms during Clippers home games.

Doc just being Doc. I don't have an issue with covering the Championship banners up to make it feel more like home. But, leave the retired players numbers alone. Show a little more respect and class than that.
