He had both legs to land on and if his arm was good enough to bang on the cab of the truck, it was good enough to protect his head to break a fall. For the sake of argument, let's say that he did jump and miraculously went head first for some reason. Why didn't his fiancee stop and render aid as she saw his lifeless body laying in the street as she sped off at 20MPH. She would have been able to see him in the street in the rearview mirror for a LONG time at that speed.

Ever think he was using his non injured arm to bang on the truck? Did that EVER cross your mind?

Not to mention jumping into a truck as it's slowly accelrating is a hell of a lot easier than jumping out of a moving truck doing 20mph or above.

That means that Henry hit the ground at roughly 900 pounds of force (not accounting for added acceleration because he was falling), while only have one limb to brace himself.. Thank you. That is what I have been saying all along. Her story has done a 180 from what she initially told the police and it makes more sense that he went off head first because she was swerving the vehicle trying to throw him from the back. The fact that she did not stop and render aid when she saw him laying still in the middle of the street after he "jumped" as she sped off at "20MPH" stretches the plausibility of her actually being concerned but there was no place to stop to the extreme.

If he jumped, it seems more likely that he would have had a broken leg, hip or even shoulder but he wouldn't have jumped like he was diving for the pylon with a football.

I never did the calcs and as if it being closer to 800lbs than 900lbs really has that much effect on if Henry could have held his balance when he hit the ground after leaving the truck.
