From what I understand, Kelly still has a big hand in the offensive playcalling, and the QB play hasn't been anything to write home about either thus far. Molnar doesn't seem like a big loss if he does leave.

Yeah. he's not a big loss recruiting wise as well. Which is the reason UMASS is looking at him rather than a larger school.

If we ever lose Tony Alford though............................

Depending who Kelly can find as a position coach I'd love to see Alford get the OC job.

Orlando Sentinel look at NDs offense..

This is the matchup I probably look forward to the most...

-Receiver Michael Floyd. Perhaps the most dangerous player who will be on the field sporting a navy Notre Dame jersey will be this guy. You probably won’t have to keep your eyes peeled for No. 3. He’ll do it for you. An electric playmaker and prolific pass-catcher, Floyd has been Rees’ favorite target all season, and that shouldn’t change in the bowl game. At 6-foot-3, 224 pounds, Floyd will be a challenge for FSU’s smaller-framed corners cover. Physically, Xavier Rhodes probably looks like a better matchup on Floyd, but either Greg Reid or Mike Harris is more apt to draw the assignment. With a team-leading 95 catches, Floyd has shown that he has good hands. He has 1,106 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. Only eight other players in the nation have more receptions. Floyd reached double-digit receptions four times this season.

Really starting to look like Riddick will be at RB next season.

Good, he was a bust at WR all year and Toma was much better at Theo's position.

Next year I expect them to move him around a lot more.

Hopefully, he's learned to develop his players, and he'll hire a good staff from the start. Otherwise, he might be out the door in two years like Turner Gill.
