The Cardinals have no interest in free agent Braylon Edwards, according to beat writer Kent Somers.
For now, the Cardinals seem just fine with losing Steve Breaston to the Chiefs. They've been talking up Andre Roberts and Early Doucet also has upside if he can stay on the field. Meanwhile, Edwards would love for the Redskins and Vikings to get into a bidding war for his services.

ESPN's John Clayton suggests free agent CB Johnathan Joseph will decide on a team Wednesday night.
Clayton teased a Joseph update on Twitter, only to follow up with no details on Sports Center. The Bengals, Lions, and possibly the Texans have been in on Joseph.

The Ft. Worth Star-Telegram confirms the Cowboys "like their corners" and will not get in the Nnamdi Asomugha derby.
Dallas' salary cap purge spurred speculation that a run at Asomugha was imminent, but they've turned their attention to safety instead. The Asomugha decision is expected to come down to the Jets, 49ers, and Texans

Knew the Skins were out when we signed Davis. Well Anderson and Delhome are available for QB pick ups.

Rumors the Seahawks are making a late push for Nnamdi .. That'd be pretty hot.

Contract talks between free agent RT Tyson Clabo and the Bills remain ongoing and appear to be serious.
If Clabo wants to play for a contender, he's only doing this for leverage. "It's a possibility. But nobody has agreed to terms or anything," he said. Especially on the offensive line, many pieces have yet to fall into place. Once Clabo or someone like Jermon Bushrod signs, the rest of the OLs will have a starting point.

The Redskins have not yet decided whether to use Barry Cofield at defensive end or nose tackle.
They'll sort it out on the training camp practice field. Cofield, who signed a six-year, $36 million blockbuster late Tuesday night, was a nose tackle in the Giants' 4-3. At 6'4/306 he's built more like a defensive end for Washington's 3-4 scheme, but it isn't like the Redskins have better options inside. We still have the expectation that Cofield will be a "0-technique" nose.

What the fuck!? Again another player that hasnt played in a 3-4 yet we sign him and expect him to play there.

Bruce Almighty is better than just a back up I expect him to start easily week 1 hes a hig character guy that plays great in tough situations his biggest flaw while in Oakland was just staying healthy, if he did he would probably still be our QB

Don't think thats happening...Marvin and Mike Brown have said Dalton is our guy unless he comes in and completely sucks in camp and stuff. I wouldn't be surprised to see Bruce start sometime during the year, but week 1 I doubt it.

                          Goddamnit. We lost Breaston.

Braylon is a bum. I'm glad they don't have any interest in him.

Lions agreed to terms with LB Justin Durant on a two-year contract.

It may seem like an under-the-radar acquisition, but Durant is a true thumper now playing behind a devastating defensive front. He played well at middle linebacker and on the weak side in Jacksonville, so it's not clear where he'll start out in Detroit. If Durant can stay healthy, he's a key piece in the Lions' revamped defense. Beat writer Tom Kowalski doesn't believe a Durant signing has any impact on a potential Stephen Tulloch addition.
