Hearing Houston has moved into the lead for Nnamdi Asomugha—money will be in the 12-14 mill per year range...Revis makes 11.5 per year

I swear every team in the AFC south is trying to get better except the Colts.

Colts look to be trying to re-sign Joseph Addai hard.

read the same thing. They think it may be a play to have Jets come up a bit.

            Redskins released P Sam Paulescu.
Paulescu joined the Redskins late last season and averaged 41.2 yards on 17 punts. The 'Skins are currently without a punter on the roster

OR A FUCKING QB FOR THAT MATTER, BUT HEY LETS GET THAT PUNTER SPOT FILLED FIRST. GOD KNOWS WE WILL BE DOING ALOT OF THAT THIS SEASON.

Here is a piece of the artlice that me and RALAW were talking about

The Texans have "moved into the lead" for free agent Nnamdi Asomugha, according to NFL Network's Michael Lombardi.
The Texans must be doing some serious restructuring. Lombardi says that Asomugha's money will be in the $12-$14 million per year range, which is more than the Texans were expected to fork over. Still, this could be a ploy from Asomugha's camp to drive the Jets' offer up. The bidding war is on for the best free agent available.

Redskins signed No. 105 overall pick RB Roy Helu to a four-year contract.
The camp battle in the Redskins' backfield is on. Ryan Torain enters as the starter, but Helu looks like the perfect fit for the one-cut, zone-blocking scheme. Considering how frail Torain is, Helu is well worth a flier in fantasy formats.

WIth the Bears signing Adam Podlesh, it seems like the Redskins are going to land Brad Maynard. Not thrilled about a 37 year old punter, but its an improvement over what we've had the past few years.

The Bears have made contact with free agent Malcom Floyd.
Nothing is close here, but the Bears are poking around for an upgrade at wide receiver. If they are going to let Greg Olsen go, they could certainly use some size to go with Johnny Knox and Earl Bennett. The problem is that Floyd's pricetag could escalate quickly as the Vikings have shown interest as well

Yeah, Rivers can take a receiving corps of you, I and Leftwich and throw for 4000 yards.

Phillip B. Wilson of the Indianapolis Star is "starting to doubt" the Colts will re-sign Joseph Addai.
Wilson cites salary cap concerns, though restructuring the contracts of CB Kelvin Hayden and RT Ryan Diem could free up much-needed room. Wilson later suggested Dominic Rhodes could be brought back as a veteran presence if Addai is allowed to walk. Jul 27, 4:06 PM

are the colts really ready to make Donald Brown the feature back?

Not 100% yet...Bradshaw still wants more money than what the Giants presented in their first offer.
