If there isn't any complications... yes, he should be. Look at the history of these injuries. Unless there are complications after surgery, there shouldn't be any reason he shouldn't be suited up and ready to go by week 1 of next season.Comment

They can take anywhere from 6-9 months and he has a little over 8.
I'm sure he'll suit up by week 1 but RB's that suffer ACL tears almost never return to previous form. AP is still young and I think he might be an exception to this but we'll have to wait and see.Comment

Tough break but ACL tears aren't what they used to be. Recovery time is shorter and the player actually comes back stronger in many cases.

Hmmm...don't know about this. Recovery is shorter than it used to be and I can see him playing week 1. Still, I don't know that he'll be the same old AD for a while though. I might be someone but I can't remember any backs tearing an ACL and regaining that same burst they once had down the road.Comment
