Incognito/Martin - Dolphins Workplace Legal Documents

Since none of you NFL bots were liable to actually post this here since it's not an arbitrary discussion of someones status as elite or an all-time great.

The report conducted by Ted Wells and the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP on the Richie Incognito-Jonathan Martin case was released Friday.

Hey, wassup, you half-nigger piece of shit. I saw you on
Twitter, you been training 10 weeks. I’ll shit in your
fuckin’ mouth. I’m gonna slap your fuckin’ mouth, I’m
gonna slap your real mother across the face [laughter].
Fuck you, you’re still a rookie. I’ll kill you.
This goes way deeper than just Incognito and Martin though, all the way to assistant coaches harassing players, players and the organization making racist remarks to an Asian employee and more.

Now commence not actually reading the document but arguing semantics.

So 140 pages to get to this? This is the best they can come up with after all of these months of research?

      Conclusion
As all must surely recognize, the NFL is not an ordinary workplace. Professional football is a rough, contact sport played by men of exceptional size, speed, strength and athleticism. But even the largest, strongest and fleetest person may be driven to despair by bullying, taunting and constant insults. We encourage the creation of new workplace conduct rules and guidelines that will help ensure that players respect each other as professionals and people.

This report is such a waste. Its over 100 pages... It frames everything in political correctness.. well I am sorry this is the NFL and there is not going to be PC in a locker room filled with jocks.. at any level.

        Sidenote: Martin is absolutely gay.

Miami will be so busy with complying to thought crime bullcrap laws, they'll have no chance of being a winning team any time soon.

You guys seem really concerned with the length of a legal document.

Perhaps you should wait for the Bleacher Report countdown of most egregious thing said and done by members of the Miami Dolphins staff. It should come out soon, maybe that will help you guys.

You need a good QB in the NFL before you can even think about winning.

I mean as a good starting point you guys may want to look at the Executive Summary instead of the four sentences at the end.

If Martin is telling the truth about the insults made about his sister - I would flip out on people. Fights would happen.

Edit: Will/Should Pouncey and Jerry get in trouble now that this report has come out?

The time spent finding and posting videos or bitching about how long this document was, you probably could've read half of it.

Report isn't going to change the way I feel about the situation. I feel like the locker room may seem toxic in comparison to your job, but the fact of the matter is an NFL locker room isn't a a typical workplace.

Incognito is a cro magnon no doubt, but that's kind of the mentality it requires to bash your skull against another human being for 60 minutes every Sunday.

Also, Fed's elitism is so damn tiring. Every sport has shitty debates and nonsense narratives created solely to drive pageviews.

Honestly the Incognito thing isn't the worst, it's the team level harassment/racism that's far worse IMO.

I agree in essence that the locker room and the relationship between players is pretty "toxic" but that doesn't excuse the other things detailed in this report including the team buried head in the sand on complaints and allowing the players to bring their harassment to a team employee level including the physical trainer.
