Honestly the Incognito thing isn't the worst, it's the team level harassment/racism that's far worse IMO.

To say those issues are unique to just the Miami Dolphins locker room, or even football locker rooms is a naive point of view.

If you did a 100 page report on every NBA, MLB or NHL locker room you'd find issues either exactly like these, or offensive in other ways.

Hell get a group of guys who've known each other for years around a poker table or a golf course and see how long it stays civil.

The report did change my mind a little. No matter how un-PC the NFL locker room may be these players took it way too far and a lot of this happened outside the NFL locker room so that excuse can only go so far. And this thread is a microcosm of America. The time spent finding and posting videos or bitching about how long this document was, you probably could've read half of it.

I've had friends I've known for years, many of them black (for whatever reason) and I've never called them nigger frequently, never made consistent jokes about how their sister is a whore. This isn't just about an NFL locker room anymore. This happened on a yacht, in a restaurant... etc.

I've had friends I've known for years, many of them black (for whatever reason) and I've never called them nigger frequently, never made consistent jokes about how their sister is a whore. This isn't just about an NFL locker room anymore. This happened on a yacht, in a restaurant... etc.

It's the same group of people who are forced into a situation where for half the year they will spend 80% of their time with people on their teams.

I never played pro football, but when I did play I can tell you that tongue and cheek racism amongst the players was rampant, in both directions.

I also don't see any instances of violence or anything to follow through on these "threats". It's guys bullshitting, plain and simple.
