So who ever made the schedule for the NHL must have been on crack. Pittsburgh played Toronto last night, then Toronto flew down to Atlanta for a 4pm game, after a 7pm game last night, getting into Atlanta at 3am. They will then turn around and go back home and plays the PENGUINS again at home.

Pittsburgh played Toronto, went home and is sitting, waiting to go back to Toronto as they don't play again till Wednesday. Back to back games against the Leafs in Toronto. Me thinks someone didn't understand what "home and home" actually meant.

Reimer has a shutout going into middle of second. Gets injured (head injury maybe) gets pulled and doesn't return.

Gigure goes in lets in 3 goals. Leafs lose. Leaf fans all get their golf clubs ready.

Gustavsson should be up soon. He played well for the Marlies. Split time between him and Reimer and neither gets over worked.

Leafs win again. Played one hell of game and they are just working their ass off now.

3pts out now with the rangers in 8th and 4 still from carolina who pulled out a clutch win in OT against buffalo. Rangers play ottawa tomorrow which will give the leafs 2 games in hand on them.

Its kinda nice to be able to say they are at least trying for a playoff push even though its the old march play like hell routine from the team.

I was flipping from the buff/car game to the leaf/flyer game and you can just see the drive these teams have. Tis the season I start staying up late and watching even more hockey.

Agreed......this is what I hate about working most nights. I don't get a chance to catch hardly any of the games, not just my Caps but just any other games.
