I'm starting to wonder if a case couldn't be made for P.K. Subban to be rookie of the year.
22 minutes a game for a rookie defenceman is impressive, and while a lot of opponents hate him, they don't deny his ability.
In a year where no rookie stands out, I think Subban does.

Of course I'm a Montreal fan, so I'm obviously biased.

Now thats a fucking suspension. 14 games atleast to 17 games total. Now that is how you deal with this shit.

I would have added one thing to Cooke in all this. "One more head shot, and you are gone for a season." As per TSN article, 4 of his 5 suspensions are head shots and hit from behinds.

I really think the "banhammer" should come into play soon. Repeat offender is one thing, what Cooke does, well, I think its time to bring it out.
