What a boring ass game. I've seen more intensity watching the local pee-wee hockey team than what the Habs showed tonight. Bummer.

Sharks/Kings had a great game last night with the Kings winning in a SO. Quick is 9-0 in shootouts and Jarrett Stoll is 8/9 this season. Both are ridiculous percentages.

If playoffs started today then the Sharks would face the Kings. Would be an awesome series and one that I'd be confident about.

That said, I think the Sharks can beat or be beaten by anyone in the West. The only team I'm actually scared of is Chicago. I think the Sharks have a better shot against Vancouver than them even.

I think the big thing scary about this is not just the fact he is going to return this season, but rather the Penguins are still winning games with a lot of people out of the line up. Adding Crosby onto a line with Neal hopefully is money.

It will take 1 more long term injury to happen before the kings are eligible to bring up Brayden Schenn.

Best part of the story is schenn was traded a while back in a 6 for 1 trade so the team he's on doesn't want the kings to call him up lol.

A little off topic here but speaking about the whole Junior thing, I'm hoping my hometown team the sting get off their asses next year and go for it. They have a player named Nail Yakupov who most likely (barring injury or some other wierd instance) will go number 1 next year in the NHL draft. Outside of him the team finished in the bottom 5 again and had nothing going for them. It'll be the second #1 overall player to come out of the sting in the last 5 years and they have nothing to show for it.

Yakupov beat Stamkos's rookie record for goals and points, but the team is so bad I just don't see them doing anything good. They need a new head coach and they need owners that don't suck. Can't wait till hockey season again so I can blast them some more.
