It is ten times the game because those teams actually have skill.

There were 9 combined shots in the 2nd and 15 in the 3rd, mostly by the winning side. Who the fuck can enjoy that piss.

If I wanted to watch a bunch of dudes hump along the wall for 20 mins I'd watch MMA.

Like I said during game 2, Sharks Wings series is the most boring in the playoffs. Two teams that are too fucking busy scoring goals to put on a show.

Obviously Coffey had the benefit of playing with the early 80's Oilers, but he won his last Norris in 94 with the Wings. Be interested to hear what others think of his legacy, I think he kind of gets overlooked sometimes in 'Best D-Man Ever' convos, largely because I'm not sure his actual defence was at the level of other guys. End of the day though, the man was a winner

I think Coffey is in the conversation, although I was never a big fan of his. I think he really benefitted from playing on good teams (Oilers/Wings/Pens), not only did it increase his point total, but it also let him freelance more. That said, Coffey was probably had the best offensive skills of any defensemen (unless its Orr). A baseball analogy would be like comparing Coffey to Mike Piazza...great hitter but couldn't throw runners out...while Lidstrom would be more like Carlton Fisk. A matter of preference.

Sounds like Eager may get the call from what I've been reading on twitter but that's not sure.

Also looks like Ferriero may get moved up to line 1 or 2 as he and Eager were both wearing white practice jerseys today.

No way both get moved up to top 6 time, obviously, and I don't see how Eager gets a huge promotion after his recent play.
