I didn't know Malkin, Crosby and Kunitz played on the same line.. Oh wait, they don't.

      Burrows - Sedinx2 = 264 points(D. Sedin also missed 20 games)
      Ovie - Backstrom - Knuble = 263 points(Ovie missed 10 games)
      Thornton - Marleau - Heatley = 254 points

Interesting that the Top 3 is backwards

        Read the article.

It's the top 15 line combinations and it's not just ranked by total points, because what's the fun in that?

Also even if its not based off points not having the sedin line @ 1 is pretty bad.

The sedins with burrows or samuleson were simply the best line this year.

            Leafs offseason training!

I know, but I think that the Sedins and Burrows is a better line combo then Ovechkin/Backstrom/Knuble - Heatley/Thornton/Marleau..

You guys actually think that the sedin line has more talent than the thornton line?

                  The hell?

The Shark line is bigger, faster......you have 2 40 goal scorers and one of the best setup men in the past decade.

It's the only line there that has 3 elite players.

Kunitz, Burrows and Knuble are not elite players by any stretch of the imagination.

The Vancouver line doesn't have the sexy names on it but they do have three 30 goal scorers(one 35), two 85 point players(one 110), a Hart and Art Ross Trophy winner. That too me is one good fucking line and better than(right now) the other two lines mentioned.

                      are you mad?

Three 30 goal scorers? Shark line has 1 40 and 1 50 goal scorer. Hmm?

Two 85 point players? Shark line has THREE, including two 100pt seasons from Heater and Jumbo. Wat?

                      Hart Winner? Yup.

                      Art Ross Winner? Yup.

Da fuck outta here with that nonsense. Burrows is a 60pt player playing on the heels of two top players. Shark line is 3 star players.

                      Fuckin nonsense.

The Datsyuk line should be top 5. Not #1 but top 5.

Not to break up your dick measuring contest...but Dave Bolland shut both of those lines down in the playoffs.

While it has really nothing to do with the conversation at hand, I just wanted to remind you guys of this.

Yeah I thought it was a bit harsh, but I mean Holmstrom and Franzen aren't godly players by any means.

Detroit's strength is from the fact that they have 2 top players (Dats and Z) playing with 2 guys who are inbetween 1st and 2nd line talent.

Add Z in there and you got a top 5 line easy.
