Legit laughed, but then remembered the INVASION angle and it wouldn't have killed them to replace Jado with an NWA guy. I'm sure somebody they had in mind didn't work out, forcing Jado & Gedo to draw straws or something for the 18th spot (loser works the tour and goes 0-8, in this case).

Block B: Tiger Mask, Ryusuke Taguchi, Kushida, Bushi, Alex Koslov, Jado, Taka Michinoku, Brian Kendrick, Kenny Omega

So unbalanced. Block A is loaded, Block B doesn't have a single cool match that i'm excited about. Poor Omega.

Fresh matches all over the place in Block A. Ricochet hasn't faced any of these dudes. Same for Barretta obviously, and we will find out if he can hang at this level. Even Liger has guys here he's never faced, which is always really cool. Titan, like Ricochet, has faced almost none of these opponents. Just a far, far, stronger Block.

I'll say Devitt, Ricochet, Kushida, Taguchi. But pulling for Omega instead of Taguchi.

I guess i'll put this here, as this is the most current New Japan thread.

Yuji Nagata has a torn pec and will miss several months. In a sense it's good timing, because with Super Juniors being the next tour, he wasn't going to be featured anyway. Plus, he's feuding with Sakuraba who is still rehabbing his broken arm.

I suspect the goal will be for Nagata & Saku to be healthy & ready for a WrestleKingom singles match.
